Manager, Store Planning & Capital Projects

Reporting Relationships: The Manager, Store Planning & Capital Projects to the DVP, Store Planning Capital Projects.

The role of the Manager, Store Planning & Capital Project is to forecast and summarize the budgets, schedules, and milestones for all Store Planning, Store Design, and Construction capital projects (new stores, major/minor renovations and all Merchant capital initiatives). The Manager, Store Planning & Capital Project will always work toward continually developing and improving the processes and communications of the Store Planning department.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business or process role
· Knowledge of the retail or construction industry a plus
· Excellent financial acumen
· Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stake holders
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional problem solving and process improvement skills
· Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
