What This Position Is All About:
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is accountable to the General Manager for all aspects of the achievement of excellence in the efficient and effective growth of the businesses in the store while striving to meet or exceed the profit model and productivity standards.
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager are the Sales Managers. The ASM is accountable for supporting the ongoing development and growth of the Sales Managers.

As The Assistant Store Manager You Will:
Be responsible for clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, and requirements for their direct reports while holding each accountable by setting specific performance expectations, personally following-up, and giving consistent and candid feedback
Achieve and maintain full knowledge and competency in all areas of store execution requirements and standards. Communicate key initiatives, directions and required actions in a clear, organized and actionable manner
Responsible for company driven special events and client programs
Responsible for making sure that all company processes are communicated, executed and measured
