What This Position Is All About:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst is to support the Omni Selling and Clienteling Team in all strategic planning & analysis, program management, and implementation related activities for associate facing Omni Channel and Clienteling at HBC Technology. This position is responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of omni selling and clienteling system functionality that aligns with business objectives and strategies. This position will support key developing programs for stores and will work in collaboration with, key stakeholders, technology counterparts, and the systems training team.

You Also Have:
  • University or college degree or commensurate retail experience.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of retail, related systems, processes and procedures.
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility, ability to multi-task and a self-starter.
  • Strong strategic and analytical background
  • Proven effective communication skills
  • Ability to take complex information and create a compelling and understood narrative
  • General understanding of retail and tech organizations
  • Ability to deal with all levels of the organization, including, Senior leaders from Stores, Operations and Digital teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of all store functions and operations
  • Excellent computer skills including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Google suite.
 

As a Senior Analyst of Business Solutions, You Will:

  • Participate in product launch planning, preparation and execution
  • Lead and create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for the product including product documentation, mockups, roadmaps, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholders, especially development teams to communicate, prioritize and estimate product requirements. Participate in grooming sessions required for new features, enhancements and bug fix work efforts
  • Investigate customer reported issues which may get converted into new user stories, workarounds or other actions
  • Represent product management in sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews
  • Ensure the backlog stays groomed and reflects the correct product priorities
  • Ensure production-ready products meet business and technical requirements, and maintain transparency to schedule, resource and quality goals
  • Analyze application performance and user behavior to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Create implementation related documents supporting roll out and training strategy, performance metrics, and
  • Measure program effectiveness, gather feedback and evaluate progress of application development.
  • Work closely and support stores with product training, releases, and application questions
  • Create and manage cross-functional task forces and relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Participate in the creation of strategic content, coordination across teams, and communication of decisions/deadlines to the broader HBC organization
  • Synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in Store Tech Development
