What This Position Is All About:
Trustworthy, reliable individual to be responsible for opening and closing the store. Protect company assets by complying with standard operating policies and procedures. Position requires candidate to be team-focused, punctual and ready to act as the back up to the manager. Provide excellent customer service.

You Also Have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Open availability
As The Key holder, You Will:
  • Carry keys; open and close the store, manages bank deposits, balance point of sale drawers and safe.
  • Monitor and assist cashiers and other retail staff; assign daily duties; train and support new team members. Ensure that all employees adhere to corporate processes and safety standards.
  • Provide customer-focused service; welcome customers to the store and assist them with requests.
  • Collaborate with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns and to coordinate staff schedules and activities.
