Role Mandate:
 
We are looking for a candidate who wants to be part of our ever growing and dynamic culture to join our Special Pricing Verification Department. We work with adventurous spirits and are always building world class teams.  Customer service is our main priority and we want you to be passionate about relentlessly delighting and entertaining the customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand the offers in each advertised flyer
  • Pre- scan product offers, via the selling floor, with LRT scanner
  • Confirm the ticket price with the flyer price and the discount offered.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies regarding clarity of offer to the leadership team
  • Undertake  a second check of advertised offers ensuring resolution of issues
  • Complete final �LIVE� check on the day the offer begins ensuring all information has downloaded to the registers
  • Prepare weekly summary of offers on excel  spread sheet and send to store Executive teams
  • Communicate changes to  offers or potential pit-falls to the General Managers
  • Respond to store inquiries via the �Advertising Hot Line� 
  •  provide administrative support for other areas of the store
