What This Position Is All About:


The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the overall execution of customer order requests placed on line or within the store including, locating, packing and shipping while supporting the operational functions within the store. The Order Fulfillment Associate is expected to provide outstanding customer service and must work quickly to satisfy our customer's needs.

You Also Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment system, POS register, & inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
  • Prior retail experience preferred

As The Order Fulfillment Associate, You Will:

  • Executes an order request including location, packing and shipping of the merchandise while maintaining an overall customer satisfaction experience.
  • Achieves individual and store goals for Ship From Store and Store to Store productivity while complying with fulfillment standards and procedures.
  • Participates in the Care Program by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintains the proper display of goods in the store, ensuring they comply with brand standards.
  • Ensures back of house standards are maintained in an organized and clean manner.
  • Folds merchandise, removes sensor tags, and packs and ships orders according to company policy.
  • Delivers merchandise to departments and places according to visual directives and replenishes product as needed.
  • Adheres to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures.
  • Exhibits a commitment to store shortage goals/results by adhering to policies and procedures and partners with management as needed.
  • Maintains high performance truck check-in standards by expediting the receiving and processing of all merchandise.
  • Adheres to and participates in store re-ticketing, mis-mate, and Mark Out of Stock programs.
  • Expedites merchandise transfers, customer sends, and RTV�s with urgency.
  • Completes the markdown process timely, with accuracy, and according to company standards.
  • Supports the selling team and the sales floor as needed, including ringing customers� purchases at POS.
  • Other duties as assigned.
