What This Position is All About:

President, Financial Planning & Analysis - Banner Finance Lead is
responsible for the forecast, budget and executive reporting for the P&L of
Hudson’s Bay. This role requires
interaction with senior level executives within the company including the “C”
Suite and will be part of the finance leadership team. A successful candidate
will be a key part of the company, supporting all business partners by
providing expense updates and insightful analysis.

- Results driven, reliable and excellent problem
solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Finance or equivalent
field of study
As The DVP, FP&A, Hudson’s Bay you will:
- Develop and manage a
team supporting the overall finance objectives of Hudson’s Bay and the Finance
- Manage and drive the
capital planning and expenditures for Hudson’s Bay to ensure return thresholds
are achieved within designated parameters.
- Own cash flow and
balance sheet forecasting.
- Drive the variance
analysis process for sales, expenses and margin, providing comprehensive
explanations of differences and value-added insight to ensure achievement of
