Saks Fifth Avenue, New York, NY seeks Manager Implementation & Web Analytics - Manage and design tagging and tracking solutions for websites and apps using tag management platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Signal, to include platform migration into Salesforce Commerce Cloud, as well as tagging/tracking for new feature additions and defect resolution to existing features. Develop detailed technical documentation for all sites and apps to manage design tagging and tracking solutions. Partner with various teams, including Engineers, Marketing, and Merchandising to trouble-shoot system malfunctions, develop the necessary system configuration designs and project plans to improve the iOS and Android applications. This involves drafting Data Layer requirements, liaising with Front End and Back End teams and delivering preliminary analysis on new site/app features to the involved teams. Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, Chrome Inspector, and Charles to perform data quality assurance on new features and tagging updates and build automated trackers to flag potential UX or Data issues on existing site and app features. Lead mobile app vendor management for data hosting, reporting, and push notifications using Airship, Amplitude, Appsflyer, mParticle and Optimizely. Discover opportunities from third party solutions that would help build an enriched analytics platform to serve advanced audience segmentation, personalization and location intelligence. Conduct statistical modelling/analysis of omnichannel data in SAS/SQL using glm, regression, t-test and k-means clustering that will assist in the decision-making process for the management of HBC and Saks Fifth Avenue with respect to Marketing, Merchandising, and Product. Lead the provision of training on the use of various web analytics tools as and when required (Adobe/Omniture SiteCatalyst/Charles).
