Who We Are:
Own and develop
the overall corporate promotional cadence in collaboration with the broader
marketing team, merchant, planning and channel experts. Works with the Insights
& Analytics teams to create strong business cases for corporate
promotions that deliver the FY objectives. Ensure the tactical implementation
of the strategies by leading their report direct(s), business partners, agency
partners, and other marketing team members. Proactively respond to changing
business trends to optimize profitable sales by ensuring increased support and resources to
positively trending businesses.
What This Position is All About:
As a member of the Saks OFF 5TH Loyalty team,
you will manage the marketing and product management for our Gift Card
offering. You will work with our internal and external partners to ensure we
have a well-developed product and marketing plan to support the sale of our
Gift Cards within our stores, online and to businesses for use within employee
incentive programs, 3rd party resellers and as loyalty program redemption
products. You will manage the sales plan, marketing budget and relationships
with our distribution partners who sell our Gift Cards. Supporting project
management of a variety of new initiatives as well as promotional activities
will be significant components of this role. In addition, you will oversee our
box stuffer program, coordinating with our agency partner to vet inquiries
from potential new partners, secure sign-off from marketing, and ensure
delivery through coordination with Distribution Center partners. Both program
have lots of opportunities for growth.

You Also Have:
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in
Marketing or Business
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in Gift Card industry,
including B2C, B2B, 3rd Party and digital products
- Experience in marketing, including product
management, loyalty, retail
- Experience in dealing with Client/Partner
- Strong PC skills; Google, Microsoft Office,
Word, Power Point, and Advanced Excel skills
As The Manager, Gift Card Program, you will:
- Develop comprehensive Product Strategy for our
Gift Card offering that aligns with Saks OFF 5TH Business Strategies,
marketplace best practices, emerging technology and industry trends. Monitor
competitive landscape, and ensure we continue to identify opportunities to
evolve our Gift Card offering to meet the needs of our customers and our
- Manage 3rd party relationships and existing
Client relationships; develop new sales channels, Client relationships and
points of distribution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive Marketing Calendar
for Gift Card Portfolio. Work with Brand Directors, CRM, Finance, Creative and
Operations to develop briefs, manage approvals and project manage all Gift
Card Marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage P&L for
assigned Gift Card Portfolio - achieve budgeted sales growth, manage marketing
spend and operations costs and provide financial reporting including monthly
sales updates, forecasting, planning and course correction when required
