The primary responsibility of the position is to provide leadership and direction for responsible departments within the fulfillment center to include Inbound, Outbound, Quality or Returns as well as other areas as needed. This position is responsible for the productivity and performance accuracy of these areas of the operation.



Who You Are:

  • Must have effective platform skills to successfully transmit content to senior leadership, peer group, and hourly associates.

  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines



You Also Have:

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of related or progressive  work experience in production analysis, reporting, operations and administration
  • Must have knowledge of order fulfillment systems, e.g. tilt tray sortation, ASRS, pick-to-light, pack-to-light, carrousel, A-frame, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of  WMS systems, quality measurements and processes
  • Effectively interact in a team environment with senior leadership, peer group, and relate to and motivate an hourly and salaried team.


As The Ecommerce Automated Systems & Analytics Manager, You Will:

  • Operate a Goods-to-Person automated system along with supporting fulfillment systems.
  • Make recommendations and assist in formulation of departmental objectives, policies, and plans.
  • Plan, examine, analyze and evaluate fulfillment center operations with respect to productivity standards, safety, and customer support.
  • Evaluate current procedures; identify, resolve operational problems; ensure company standards are met.
  • Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of training programs for associates to include improving communication between departments and associate development of supervisory skills, interpersonal skills, and technical skills.
