What This Position Is All About:


The Receptionist is responsible for providing the highest level of support to any Senior Level Executives. Must be a self-starter and able to take ownership of projects with a willingness to learn all platforms and programs in the department.  Must be detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced working environment.  The incumbent must hold a strong relationship with all business partners; maintain a high level of professionalism, personal standard behavior and appearance. The highest level of confidentiality is required in the role.

  • University or college degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, process, and procedures.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail Suite) and computer skills.
 

As The Receptionist, Saks Fifth Avenue Corporate Office, You Will:


  • Greeting all guests entering the Corporate Saks Fifth Avenue office.
  • Conference Room Management.
  • Manage Gmail calendar and phone for Executive Office.
  • Extensive booking of travel arrangements including – flights, hotels, cars, reservations, etc. (both domestic and international).
  • All expense reporting and reimbursement.
  • Order and manage all office supplies for Executive Office (including pantry).
  • File and maintain all paperwork confidentially.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to complete projects.
  • Buying office support as needed to all Divisions.
  • Back up support to other Executive Assistants.
