What This Position Is All About:

The Manager, HR Brand will be responsible for ensuring HR initiatives support the HR strategic priorities and HBC associate experience. S/he will partner with HR stakeholders to build comprehensive project plans to support effective HR service delivery. The incumbent will help develop strategic, creative and effective communication strategies to drive leadership and associate engagement and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Additionally, the Manager, HR Brand will consult with HR stakeholders on the roll out of key initiatives to ensure successful implementation by aligning programs and projects across HR functional areas.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

You Also Have:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 yrs experience managing communication or within the HR function 

As the Human Resources Brand Manager, You Will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert to help develop strategies for HR initiatives, projects and organizational changes to support the HBC associate experience.
  • Assist in the draft and review of HR communications to ensure messaging alignment to the HR strategic priorities, including, leader talking points, email announcements, newsletter content, associate mailers, etc.
  • Develop best practices and templates to standardize HR service delivery and aid in establishing a best in class HR brand.
  • Align and coordinate HR initiatives across functional teams through partnership and proactive planning to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain calendar of all HR initiatives for associates and leaders to provide a topside view of the associate experience.
  • Support HR leadership as a centralized contact for all HR initiatives by providing regular updates.
  • Manage content and adoption strategies for digital HR platforms.
