What This Position Is All About:
The Divisional Vice President, Talent Acquisition is responsible for defining and leading HBC’s talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s continued growth and transformation and strengthen the recruiting model and related programs with a global team based in New York, Toronto, and Bangalore. S/he will be a high impact business partner to all business units and HR leaders and identify and address talent opportunities, implement sourcing tools and processes, further build on existing and established programs around diversity and employer branding, and assure highest level of service delivery and commitment to talent acquisition excellence.
