Under the direction of the Selling & Service Manager,
the Selling Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer
service and driving individual Sales per Hour (SPH) and the achievement of department
sales goals. The Selling Specialist is the expert in their assigned area, while
also maintaining knowledge of the entire store. The Selling Specialist demonstrates
advanced product knowledge and is responsible for communicating product needs to
management and helping train associates.
The Selling Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining
customer relationships through consistent client communication, scheduling appointments,
and increasing units per transaction to result in increased sales and repeat
business. The Selling Specialist is also responsible for the execution
of department sales events.
