What This Position is All About:

The Omni Channel Project Manager for Saks OFF 5TH oversees project management for weekly marketing content updates for digital media initiatives, as well as larger store + digital media (omni-) campaigns.

You Also Have:
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital media project workflow, processes, and best practices
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools, workflow management tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative applications, BOX is a plus
  • Understanding of web development and site validation processes
  • Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems
  • Familiarity with InDesign, BOX is a plus
As The Project Manager, Omni, you will:

Campaign Management & Process Coordination

  • Create and maintain weekly project schedules for digital & print (ins store signage, direct mail & newspaper) assets including marketing emails, site content, social media, acquisition media and larger campaign projects, following established process steps and timelines
  • Create Agenda items, provide meeting notes during/post concept presentation, asset review meetings for assigned projects
  • Actively manage digital & project change requests, post acceptance, create and revise schedules and go live dates as needed. Proactively communicate any impacts to timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for obtaining and circulating sign-off in a timely manner of requested digital assets, including some larger omni-campaigns with digital, print and other traditional media assets
  • Identify red flags and resolve impediments to task completion
  • Ensure deliverables meet project requirements
  • Conduct project retrospectives with the team, as needed
  • Communicate any process changes, tool updates, training, and timing for implementation, as required
  • Responsible for managing Saks Off5th area of Box collaboration tool, including: Admin functions, facilitate user access, file structure, file management, requested asset changes (reminding teams to complete requested updates)
Production Support
  • Coordinate tasks and traffic updates with assorted teams including digital marketing, category management, creative, tech and digital operations (site validation)
  • Provide support for marketing and merchandising promotions, markdowns (sales) between category management and tech teams
  • Schedule and manage miscellaneous site updates (ex. holiday schedules, informational page updates, landing page creation, etc.)
  • Maintain tech calendar for major and key promotions
  • Opening Jobs / Creating Job Numbers in department management system
  • Work with creative and print purchasing to price out different types of direct mailers to determine what will be most appropriate for the campaign while being cost effective
  • Create released file folders (labeling folders per established naming convention)
  • Keep print production team informed of any changes in the timeline that can put art release delivery at risk
  • When files are ready for release, deliver to production to send to appropriate vendors
