The Seasonal Selling Associate represents its ideals of service and quality to the customer. The Seasonal Associate must always be ready to assist customers with merchandise selection and ensure that the customer's overall experience is a positive one.

  • Generate sales by determining customer's needs.
  • Make every transaction seamless.
  • Make our customers feel welcome and create personal connections.
  • Presents brand-right image relative to their respective department.
  • High energy and looks to provide solutions to customers.
  • Has product knowledge of the merchandise we offer and of the latest trends and styles.
  • Open new accounts, capture customer e-mail addresses and offer auto-locate to customers.
  • Maintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of department.
  • Understand all systems and procedures relating to sales and credit transactions.
